The appearance of our guest house was initially determined by its location. We decided to restore an old mansion in the historical part of the city, on Truda Street. The building was built in the 19th century, it is made of wooden beams, and I am sure that it will stand for another hundred years. The place here is quite good. Firstly, near Svobody and Zwilling streets, the center of offices, restaurants, salons, which ensures good traffic. Secondly, this part of the street remains quite quiet for now, although it is located on a transport highway, next to a major interchange connecting the center of Chelyabinsk with the Northwest. We have carefully preserved both the features of the house layout and the architectural style of those times. Natural, "warm" materials were used in the decoration — wood, stone. Forged plaques, leather sofas, carved tables, painted wallpaper, muted lamps, oak balusters - the atmosphere of merchant luxury is recreated. Wooden columns remained in the rooms, which were neatly tiled when they were finished. We studied historical documents and learned that in the 19th century, modern Truda Street was called Sibirskaya. That's how the name for our guest house appeared. Then, just as organically, the restaurant turned into a buffet. We did not reinvent the wheel, and offered our customers real Russian cuisine — borscht, homemade dumplings and homemade kvass always go with a bang. As for the functionality and comfort level, here we focused on family-run European hotels, with their silence, coziness, intimate atmosphere and helpful, but unobtrusive service. There are ten rooms in Sibirsky, and all the rooms are different — in terms of area, decoration, and interior solutions. The guest house has an officially confirmed four-star status assigned by the certification center. To obtain such a document, we have been checked for compliance with a variety of requirements — from the quality of bathroom mirrors and the number of towels to restaurant service. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, fire safety system, safe. There is ample parking on site, two garages, and a sauna.
