Cozy chill zone: X-box, kinect. Sauna with showers, relaxation room and font. Spacious, equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, thermopot, living room with electric fireplace, large attic with billiards, table tennis, table football and game console, bathrooms on each floor in the house, on the street. It offers: a large banquet hall with a 42-inch TV and karaoke, a festive tent with a capacity of up to 60 people. On the territory of the cottage you can relax in a cozy gazebo with a stove and barbecue grill. Also, there is a playground, a swing, and a 5-meter swimming pool on the street. There is a parking lot for 10 cars in the courtyard of the house. It is strictly forbidden to make noise and turn on music outside after 22:00.
