A deposit (refundable security deposit) of 10 thousand rubles is charged before check-in. It is returned on the day of departure, provided that the property is undamaged. It is prohibited in the cottage: smoking cigarettes (including electronic ones), hookahs in the house, using pyrotechnics in the house, on the site, holding noisy parties and other events, shouting, making noise, listening to music outside from 22:00 to 09:00 (possible in the house), it is forbidden to find guests, over the limit (maximum 6 adults).
