The Cottages in Ushakov Village are located 20 km from Tyumen (Yelki cottage village, Ushakov village). 50% of the site is located in the forest. There is a beautiful paved road that is easily accessible at any time of the year. The closed territory is 70 acres, a lawn is planted throughout the territory.
There are 2 houses on the territory. Each can accommodate up to 4 guests.
