Within walking distance: public transport stops, grocery stores, cafes and canteens. 13 rooms are provided for accommodation: the main building with 10 standard rooms with a combined bathroom and shower and a cottage for 3 economy rooms with a combined bathroom and a turnkey shower opposite the room. All rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, good furniture, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. A shared summer kitchen is available on site with the necessary utensils for self-cooking. Free WI-FI is available throughout the entire territory and in the main building of the guest house, as well as a parking lot under video surveillance, gazebos, barbecues, a trampoline, a playground, a frame summer pool with sun beds.
