The history of the hotel dates back to 1948-opposite the current hotel "Yauza" there were garages and hangars of the Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after A. N. Tupolev. In the tests of the TU aircraft, about one hundred and fifty people of the local population and about three hundred people on business trips were involved. To accommodate them in the city of Akhtubinsk, the management of the A. N. Tupolev ANTK decided to build a hotel. It was built in 1984 and put into operation in 1985. The name of the hotel — "Yauza" - was not chosen by chance, the company of A. N. Tupolev is located on the banks of the Yauza River in Moscow.So in the city of Akhtubinsk, Astrakhan region, on the quiet on the bank of the Akhtuba River, the Yauza hotel appeared.From 2007 to 2013, major repairs were carried out, after which the hotel was completely transformed: the old double rooms were reconstructed, from which three junior suites and apartments were made. Twelve single rooms and four double rooms have been completely renovated, and tennis and billiard halls have been created.After the reconstruction of the interior, thirty updated rooms of varying degrees of comfort, starting with a single standard, ending with apartments,where you will have a fascinating view of the forest and the Akhtuba River, are waiting for guests. In the near future, the final facing stage of the renovation of the Yauza Hotel will be carried out.On the territory of the hotel there is a free parking lot and a cafe, atmospheric decorated in the aviation style.
