Dear guests, please note that in order to check into the sanatorium, it is necessary to provide: • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; • for children under 14 years of age - a birth certificate; a certificate from a pediatrician or an epidemiologist about the absence of contact with infectious patients at the place of residence, in kindergarten or school; information about vaccinations against measles, or about a measles disease, or the results of an examination for immunity to measles viruses; • sanatorium-resort card in the form No. 072/y – for adults, 076/y – for children (for those guests who intend to receive sanatorium-resort treatment); • a policy of compulsory medical insurance or voluntary medical insurance (if available).
Check-in time is 12:00, check-out time is 10:00. Registration of guests and issuance of electronic keys takes place at the central reception (Pionersky Prospekt, 45).
According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
