Видимо было желание поиграть во фьюжн кухню, но не получилось. Взяли драники с омулем, рулет из щуки, говяжье щечки. Два лимонада, чай таежный и десерт в форме шишки.
Во первых, порции маленькие. Во вторых, очень долгое обслуживание - я постоянно ходила со своего места на террасе внутрь ресторана и спрашивала «А когда?»: а когда уже принесут меню, а когда уже принесут хоть что нибудь, а когда принесут приборы (это вообще было эпично: официант вынес горячее, поставил на стол и ушел. Мы сидим и исходим слюнями без приборов). В третьих, ваш фирменный десерт в виде шишки лежал очень долго в морозилке и вы его не успели полностью разморозить: он был заморожен внутри и у него был запах залежалого морозильника. В четвертых, коктейли из летнего меню лучше не приносить безалкогольными - они очень странными на вкус становятся.
В пятых, рулет из щуки очень сухой. Гратен, который к ней идет, никакой по вкусу.
Ну и завершилось всё неработающим терминалом, и оплату пришлось производить просто переводом официанту на карту.

Хороший парк-отель с красивой территорией и приятным персоналом. Официант Илья покорил нас своим обслуживанием.Номера чистые, в ресторане вкусно кормят.
About the hotel
The Baikal Seasons Country Park Hotel is located in a picturesque location on the banks of the Angara River, 61 km from the Baikal Highway. Irkutsk Railway Station is 67 km away, Irkutsk Airport is 57 km away.
Standard, Junior Suite, Suite, Chalet and Cottage rooms are available for accommodation. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a work desk and a wardrobe with hangers, Wi-Fi. The private bathroom has a shower or a walk-in shower, a hairdryer and toiletries.
