A sunny, cozy, full-fledged studio apartment is waiting for its guests! The optimal location in the very center of the city near the Titan arena will allow you to live in the very center of city life and easily reach any other areas of our city. The window offers a wonderful view of the city, you can meet the sunrises with a cup of coffee and just relax in cozy armchairs. Please read the rules carefully so that your stay is as comfortable as possible and does not cause inconvenience. The apartment has two full-fledged beds, the apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people. When booking for two people, a double set of linen with one blanket is provided. When booking for 3 or 4 people, a set of linen is included in the extra charge per guest. Check-in is done remotely at any time convenient for you, starting at 2 p.m. Check-out is provided until 12 o'clock. Please note that for remote check-in, full payment of the reservation and deposit is made before entering the apartment. We hope for your understanding in this matter. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, you don't have to take shower gel and shampoo with you on a trip, we are happy to provide all the accessories for the convenience of our guests. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we do not provide laundry facilities, keep this in mind when planning your trip. We kindly ask you to observe the basic rules of cleanliness in the apartment.: 1. Throwing out the trash after yourself 2. Wash the dishes after yourself 3. Do not leave lights, water, gas, or electrical appliances on. 4. Do not make noise from 22.00 to 08.00 on weekdays and until 10.00 on weekends 5. Do not smoke in the apartment 6. Do not walk around the apartment in street shoes In case of non-compliance with such basic rules, we will be forced to collect a fine in the amount of the deposit amount.
