The guest house is in a wonderful location in the village of Arkhipo-Osipovka at the intersection of Shkolnaya street and lane. The hospital is located in a unique area of the purest sea air, charming sunsets and sunrises, the view of which opens directly from the balconies, away from noisy trails and entertainment venues. The second coastline will allow guests to spend a minimum of time, just 7 minutes, to get to the beach and enjoy the sea. A tree was chosen for the construction of the new building, primarily for its environmental friendliness. This is a living material that allows you to maintain an optimal balance of humidity and air in the rooms. Therefore, it is easy to breathe in the rooms, and in combination with fresh sea air filled with useful iodine and ions, the therapeutic effect so necessary for residents of large cities is achieved. Within walking distance on the way to the beach there is a water park, an amusement park, a dolphinarium, an aquarium, shops, museums, cafes, canteens, shopping pavilions. An insurance deposit is taken upon check-in, and it is refunded upon check-out. Our house is designed for a quiet family vacation.
