Cozy cottages "Aspen House" are located in the village of Arkhyz, in the mountains. All three cottages have their own territory, we guarantee complete privacy from the hustle and bustle of the city in the silence of the forest. The distance to Mineralnye Vody Airport is 210 kilometers, and Cherkessk Railway Station is 120 kilometers away. About the first house: a cottage with a total area of 70 sq.m. with two rooms. The house has a cozy bedroom (there is a door from the bedroom with access to the terrace), a living room with a kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and a terrace. The cottage is fully equipped with the necessary appliances and furniture for a comfortable stay for guests: a double bed, a pull-out sofa, a single pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishes, tablecloths, decor), a Mitsubishi supply and exhaust air system is installed in both rooms with fresh air air conditioning, bathroom with shower. Second and third cottages (Green Aspen and Aspen Bloom) they also have their own private fenced territories, but on five acres. These two cottages have outdoor Jacuzzis with heated water: the Jazzi Pool Montana hydro massage SPA pool is located on the cottage's terrace, and the use of the Jacuzzi is already included in the daily rental price.
