Monte Viera Park Arkhyz is a year—round recreation center with individual designer houses among a fir forest, on the high bank of a mountain river. The hotel is located between the village of Arkhyz, the Romantic ski resort and Sofiyskaya Polyana. This location makes it convenient to get to the slopes, bypassing the evening traffic jams in the village. The ski infrastructure, cafes and shops can be reached in about five minutes by car. Nearby is Sofiyskaya Polyana, from where you can go for walks, horseback riding, quad biking and snowmobiling. Almost the entire way to the hotel runs along an asphalt road, the last 400 meters — on a gravel road. Available for living: • cozy two-storey houses in A-frame style; • houses with panoramic roof terrace; • secluded houses above the river; • houses with their own sauna tub on the terrace; • at home with a bathroom in the bedroom by the panoramic window. Depending on the location of the house, the windows offer views of the river, forest or mountains. Private terraces with a seating area, natural materials and warm light create a cozy atmosphere. The equipment of the houses includes: • Underfloor heating and air conditioning; • the smart home system with Alice; • Wi-Fi and Smart TV; • plumbing with rain and hygienic shower; • equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave and dishwasher; • refrigerator with freezer compartment; • kettle and dishes; • tea, sugar and salt; • double bed and pull-out sofa; • bed linen made of stripe satin. Please specify the layout and equipment of the selected house when booking. The hotel has a group sauna "Panorama" (by sessions), a private sauna "Vershina" and an outdoor heated swimming pool. The conditions of the visit, the schedule of sessions and the list of included services depend on the selected tariff and booking method – please specify when booking. There are two barbecue areas for guests. Mangalas, skewers and gratings are available for free. You can bring your own coal and ignition products or purchase them at the hotel. There is a playground and a trampoline for children. In the morning, you can purchase coffee from the coffee machine at the reception. You can go for a walk through the coniferous forest directly from the hotel. Local black squirrels sometimes come to the terraces of the houses — guests like to watch them. Check—in is from 15:00 to 21:00, check—out is until 11:00. Check-in after 21:00 is possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. If you plan a late arrival, please contact the administrator in advance using the phone number indicated on the voucher. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability. Children under 4 years old stay free of charge without providing a separate bed. Scheduled cleaning and linen changes are carried out every four days. Additional cleaning — 2,500 ₽. The hotel accepts bank cards. Accommodation with dogs and cats weighing up to 10 kg is possible by prior arrangement. When booking, inform the booking manager of the pet's breed and weight and send a photo of it. The additional payment for a pet is 2,500 rubles for the entire period of stay. Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of 5,000 ₽ is made. If the rules of accommodation are followed and there is no damage to the property, the deposit is fully refunded after checking out and checking the house. We will prepare a blanket and a separate towel for the paws for the pet. The dog must be on a leash in the territory. Please clean up after your pet: cleaning bags are available on site. Smoking is prohibited inside the houses. You can smoke regular and electronic cigarettes only on the terrace equipped with an ashtray. The use of hookahs is allowed only in the barbecue area. Please be quiet from 23:00 to 07:00. The administration can replace the booked house with a similar house of the same category.
