The hotel is surrounded by mountains. The Arkhyz Ski Complex and ski lifts are 4 km away, while the Arkhyzsky Nature Reserve is 8 km away. It takes 10 minutes by car to reach the village of Arkhyz. The distance to Nevinnomyssk Railway station is 161 km, to Mineralnye Vody Airport — 216 km, to Stavropol Airport - 233 km. For accommodation, guests are offered rooms of different categories: Economy, Standard, Family Standard, Comfort, Deluxe and Suite. All of them are equipped with a wardrobe, TV, Wi-Fi, a workplace with a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle and a bathroom. Comfort and an ironing board are provided by the receptionist at the reception in a separate room. Towels, slippers, bathrobes and cosmetics are provided. Meals are served at the buffet restaurant.
