Altyn Kel

The Altyn Kel Country Hotel is located on the shore of Lake Teletskoye, behind the village of Artybash, in a ravine at the confluence of a small stream into Lake Teletskoye. The name of the base – "Altyn-Kel" — means "golden lake" in translation. This is how the indigenous inhabitants of Altai call Teletskoye Lake – a reservoir of amazing beauty, in which the Biya River originates. The distance to the Airport in Gorno-Altaisk is 173 kilometers, to the railway station in Biysk is 249 kilometers. For accommodation, guests are offered 34 rooms located in three buildings on the territory of the hotel. In the main three-storey building there are one-room, two-room and three-room rooms with balconies and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Buildings No. 1 and No. 2 are represented by two two-storey cottages made of timber and offer guests one- and two-room rooms. Building No. 3 is represented by three one-room rooms. Each cottage has two separate entrances. All rooms have comfortable beds, comfortable and functional furniture, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower and toilet, toiletries, refrigerator, kettle. Some rooms are equipped with a kitchen for self-catering. It offers free parking, Wi-Fi, sauna, table tennis, board games, barbecue and barbecue facilities, a cozy year-round cafe, sightseeing programs, free transfer to the Teletsky ski resort in winter. The territory of the Altyn-Kel recreation center is under video surveillance.
