Чисто уютно, есть все необходимое для проживания, останавливались с двумя детьми Недостатки: Жарко в номере, кондиционер не работает, окно открыть невозможно без москитной сетки. Комаров очень много налетело, искусали детей, вся ночь как в бане ещё и с комарами. Вопрос с кондиционером персонал как то пытался решить, звонили на стационарный телефон в 23:40 (зная, что в номере отдыхают двое маленьких детей) с инструкциями от какого-то мастера, который нас посчитал сильно глупыми , не умеющими пользоваться пультом от кондиционера, а то что изначально было сказано про ошибку, которая светилась на сплит-системе, никто даже не принял во внимание. В общем наш вопрос так и не решился.

начиная с ресепшена остался осадок, администратор грубо общалась, то ли якуты не понравились, то ли что не знаю, или азиатов никогда не видела. бронировала номер с двухспальной кроватью, в итоге две односпальные соединили в одну, ладно кровати подумала я, но матрас тоже был раздельный. не смогли хорошо отдохнуть
