APART FACTORY is a modern hotel with two-level rooms. The hotel is located in the reconstructed building of the Progress electronic plant. This is a unique project that has given a second life to an industrial building, which creates a unique atmosphere in the hotel. The location of the hotel combines the advantages of a residential area and the central part of the city. The city center is easily accessible within 10 minutes. Private parking is available for guests (service is available for an additional fee).
