The hotel is located in the city of Baltiysk, Kaliningrad region, on the first line, eight hundred meters from the exit to the "Central Beach". The city stadium and park are 600 metres away. There is a covered parking, a barbecue area, and a sports town on site. The entire area is guarded and under video surveillance. There are five rooms in the house.
