APART 22 - provides for daily rent a spacious apartment / studio in the new city quarter of Jutsson in the Central district of Barnaul. Excellent location – 4 minutes walk to Krasnoarmeysky Avenue, 12 minutes to Lenin Avenue, a coffee shop with excellent breakfasts on the ground floor, as well as chain grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. We take care of our guests and have provided everything for a comfortable stay. The apartment is fully equipped with new furniture and household appliances: • a soft sofa; • comfortable bed; • kitchen set; • Dining table and chairs; • washing machine and dryer; • iron and ironing board; • refrigerator; • Smart TV; • Wi-Fi • microwave oven; • air conditioning; • electric stove; • electric kettle and capsule coffee maker; • Hair dryer. We are very careful about the cleanliness of the apartments. After each departure, a complete wet cleaning is required, with disinfection of common areas and replacement of bed linen. The room has clean, snow-white bed linen, towels (2 for each guest), bathrobes and hygiene items (shower gel, shampoo, hair balm, dental kit). Bottled drinking water, packaged tea, sugar, and coffee machine capsules are provided for guests.
