The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay of up to 6 people: a double bed, two folding double sofas, an electric stove, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a kitchen set, all necessary utensils for cooking, a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes dryer, a TV in each room with digital TV, WI-FI-WI-FI, clean and fresh bed linen and towels. Shops, cafes, and a shopping center are within walking distance. Everything you need for a comfortable stay: universities of the city, good transport interchange , shopping centers in a 5-minute drive from Pioneer shopping center, Galaxy shopping center, Prospect shopping center, Gulliver shopping center, City Center shopping center, Grocery store (supermarket 24/7). Pets are allowed, extra charge. Upon check-in, we draw up a contract and take a deposit (from 2000 to 3000 depending on the class of the apartment), which is returned upon departure.
