The rooms are newly renovated, equipped with hypoallergenic materials, as well as high-quality Egger wood furniture. Electronic key access is provided to some of the rooms. The complex is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance and an electronic access control system. Guests can use the public parking nearby the complex (the territory is under 24-hour video surveillance). If necessary, by prior arrangement, it is possible to park the car in a closed area of the complex. Ironing facilities are also available in the common area. There is no catering service, but there are a large number of coffee shops, restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The nearest ones are: Iz Cafe, Freeman's, Traveler's Coffee, Loft, Skovorodovna, Fork-Spoon, Bike Bar, Mint Crucian Carp and others. There is no reception desk. Check-in and check-out of guests takes place with the participation of the administrator during the day and by contactless remote method at night.
