The cottage can accommodate 10 people. 3 isolated bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 folding 2-bedroom sofas in the living room and mezzanine, kitchen-living room, bathroom, separate bathroom. The house is equipped with necessary furniture, dishes and appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, TVs, hair dryer, iron, microwave oven, kettle, induction electric stove, Sony PlayStation 5 game console, Alice smart speaker, humidifier with cooling function, board games for different ages. For younger guests, we are happy to provide a high chair. Our guests have at their disposal a separate fenced area with a large parking lot, a spherical gazebo, an equipped barbecue area, a campfire area with sun loungers, a wide swing with an adjustable awning; bicycles, a vat with a capacity of up to 6 people (for an additional fee). The foundation is solid, solid - nothing shakes or creaks, the underfloor heating system on the ground floor - pets, toddlers and their parents will definitely be comfortable. There are also delivery services in the village: Pyaterochka, Vkusville, Ozone, Yandex, Delivery Club. The village itself is fenced, video surveillance is underway. If necessary, you can order a mobile bathhouse on wheels on the territory (you need to book in advance): the bathhouse comes directly to our site and is installed in the parking lot, without interfering with your cars.
