The cozy cottage "Birch Family House" is located in the village of Beloostrov, next to the forest, a 20-minute drive from the Gulf of Finland. The distance to the Ring Road is 13 km, just 30 minutes from St. Petersburg via the ZSD and 45 minutes by regular road. The house is located in a closed, protected area in the village of Zarechnoye. The cottage has a total area of 95 sq.m. to accommodate up to 8 guests. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: 3 isolated rooms, two cozy rooms with 2 double beds, one room with a double sofa for comfortable accommodation, bed linen, a fireplace oven, a bathroom with a bathtub, an iron and a hairdryer, a spacious living room with a kitchen area and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a refrigerator, all necessary utensils and glasses, sponges and kitchen towels, washing powder and soap. The house has cable TV, wi-fi, firewood for the fireplace, stove and sauna. Right in the courtyard of the house: a barbecue area and firewood (extra charge), a spacious terrace for cozy evenings. There is a parking space next to the house. Nearby the Igogoshka Equestrian Club is 7 minutes away.
