One set of bed linen is provided as standard for two residents. The second set of linen is given free of charge upon check-in for 5 days or more. When two guests stay in separate beds, an additional fee is charged and includes 2 sets of bed linen. The basic price includes accommodation for two guests in the main sleeping place - a bed. The final price also depends on the number of guests, the season and the length of stay (discounts from 3 to 30 days). The deposit for the safety of the property is 2000 rubles, which is refunded if the rules of living in the apartment are followed. Check-in from 13:00, check-out until 11:00, early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement and if possible:) There is contactless check-in to the apartment. The service is provided with an identity document. We work with legal entities, we provide an invoice, a receipt and a contract. The check-in conditions that you accept when paying for your reservation: - the number of incoming guests must be no more than specified in the reservation - you are at least 21 years old - without animals - you agree not to smoke in the rented premises, including on the loggia - do not disturb the peace of the neighbors (parties, loud music, screams, etc.) - you will not take food or drinks in the sleeping places - leave behind cleanliness and order.
