One day before arrival, guests will receive detailed instructions with the address, contact information, and meeting time. Upon arrival, the host or administrator will meet guests at the property, conduct a brief house tour, and hand over the keys. A refundable security deposit of 100,000 KZT is required upon check-in. It will be returned on the day of check-out if no damage or breakage is found. Before departure, the property will be inspected, the keys returned, and the deposit refunded. For late check-in after 9:00 PM, please inform the administrator in advance.
