New apartment "Heart of the city" in an ideal location overlooking Petrovsky Boulevard, where all the main events of the city take place, which can be viewed directly from the balcony. This apartment is perfect for: family holidays, business trips, romantic evenings, photo shoots. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, a large double bed and a soft pull-out sofa. For your convenience, check-in is remote and round-the-clock. Nearby there are excellent cafes and restaurants, general shops, bus stops, entertainment for children, outdoor exercise equipment. I recommend the Chocolate cafe, where you can drink delicious coffee with a cake in a cozy atmosphere. Also in the apartment you will find a Qr code with all the necessary and interesting places of the city. The house has a modern playground and free parking for cars. The apartment itself has for you: a bed, a sofa, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, an air conditioner, a smart TV, Internet, a water heater, a washing machine, a bathtub, a hairdryer, an iron and many pleasant little things. Some rules for you: check-in from 14:00, check-out before 12:00. If you want to take your beloved pet with you, write to me and we will discuss the possibility of settling in. All accounting documents are provided. A deposit of 2000 is charged for the entire stay, and after cleaning, it is returned in full, while respecting the integrity of the property and the rules of residence, namely, smoking of any substances and holding noisy events are prohibited.
