Старая пятиэтажка посреди частного сектора. Выйти до цивилизации и магазинов можно по разбитой грунтовке. После снегопада подъехать не все таксисты решаются. Возможно, зимой придется идти около километра пешком, выпрыгивая в сугроб из под колес тех таксистов, кто все же решился там ехать с кем-то из ваших соседей по общаге. Вайб чисто советский в интерьере. Чисто из Сталкера😁 Душевые не всегда располагают занавесками и горячей водой. Туалеты часто прокурены мужские, особенно по ночам. Кровати тоже пережили развал Советского союза, и грозят развалиться в ответ. И, готовьтесь утром перед работой не попасть в душ и туалет из-за нашествия китайцев. У них есть свой этаж, но утром все туалеты на всех этажах принадлежат им. Очереди в коридорах из жильцов вашего этажа, заставят взгрустнуть. Посуда в кухнях с ближайшей свалки. Готовить берите свою. В общем, не самое приятное место, если Вы не любите экстрим и не адепт выживания в условиях средневековья.
