We invite you to relax in a cozy and spacious 1-room apartment in the quiet Zavokzalny district of Tchaikovsky. The apartment has everything you need for your comfort, as well as: - 5 beds, convenient for family accommodation, - bed linen and towels according to the number of guests, - hygiene supplies, - WiFi. In the immediate vicinity there is a Pyaterochka store, the Temp sports complex, Krasnoe Beloe, pharmacies, shopping centers and, of course, easy transport accessibility to any part of the city. The city center is 3.6km away, and the railway station is 3.8km away. Rules of accommodation: - Check-in after 14:00, check-out before 12:00, regardless of the time of your arrival (earlier check-in/later check-out is possible, by agreement, negotiated individually) - Upon check-in, you must provide an identity card, as well as pay the full amount of the cost of accommodation and a deposit. - Pets are allowed for an additional fee. The cost of accommodation is +500 rubles per day. - The deposit is refunded if all the rules of accommodation are followed until the end of the next day after check-out and cleaning. Forbidden: - There is no smoking in our apartment! (Cigarettes, icos, electronic cigarettes, hookah, vape, and other smoke-containing devices!) - Intentional damage to property -Holding parties, non-observance of the law of silence after 22:00 In case of violation of one of these points, the deposit will not be refunded.
