Guests with children are always welcome, and we can provide a playpen and a high chair for rent for a comfortable stay. There is a possibility of contactless check-in. Linen is not dried in the apartment. Have a passport with you to conclude a daily rental agreement. We conclude the contract with persons over the age of 18. Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. Upon check-in, a deposit amount is paid, which is refunded to the guest upon check-out. The deposit amount is 2000 rubles. SMOKING is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. We do not rent for events! We provide accounting documents upon request. We need to discuss the details first.
