We will have to refuse to rent an apartment to noisy companies and young people under the age of 23. The apartment is not rented for parties, intimate meetings, or for hours. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or in the entrance area. If there is a smell of cigarettes (classic, electronic) during the acceptance of the apartment, the deposit will not be refunded. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available for an additional fee (350 rubles). The price for two is calculated on the condition that two people sleep in the same bed. If two people sleep separately, an additional set of bed linen will require an additional payment. Upon check-in, we will ask for a deposit of 2 thousand rubles, which we will refund after checking the apartment (if everything works and everything is in place, as it was when we checked in). You will also need a passport to check in. The price for two people includes one set of euro-size bed linen, a euro-size blanket, two 50*70 pillows, two sets of towels (one bath and one medium per person), a doormat. We pay attention.
