Welcome package: We have taken care of your first acquaintance with the apartment by preparing a gift set with tea, coffee and sugar. Convenient location and parking: The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from a public transport stop, which will allow you to easily reach anywhere in the city. For car owners, it is possible to park a car right at home. Flexible settlement and eviction conditions: The standard check–in time is after 14:00, check-out is before 12:00. We understand that everyone may have their own plans, so we are always ready to discuss other check-in and check-out times, meeting you halfway if possible. Important information: The apartment is rented for a relaxing stay, so parties and noisy events are not allowed. A deposit of 2,000 rubles is required upon check-in.
