It can be extended by the hour (250 rubles per hour) up to a maximum of 17.00. After this time, payment is made as per day. Have a passport with you and a deposit of 2000 rubles. Check-out is carried out by the guests themselves, without waiting for the arrival of the administrator. The deposit is refunded within a day after the apartment is accepted and cleaned.
