On the territory for guests there is a barbecue area, charcoal with ignition, grates and skewers (for an additional fee). Nearby are: an SAP club with a beautiful view of the Cherdan reservoir, a walk along the shore, as well as soak up sun loungers at the water's edge (in summer); in winter there is a hockey court where you can skate or cheer for your favorite team "Chekago", go skiing in the winter snow forest or along the river; the club "White Horse", where you can play bowling, enjoy the services of the SPA center, swim in the outdoor warm pool, ride horses or go to the petting zoo with the children.
