Достаточно неплохо , но есть также недостатки. Встречают Вас как на паспортном контроле, никакой открытости к клиентам. Номер неплохой , но дороговато в связи с правилами гостиницы если ты приехал после 12 ночи , то должен выехать до 12 дня , пересмотрели бы правила, сделали бы более равноправные условия. А так 3800 за что было заплачено не понятно. Либо если ты приезжаешь после 12 ночи и тебе негде остаться в городе, надо всучить дорогой номерок. А так ничего сверхъестественного, обычный номер на две персоны с двухместной кроватью . Одноразовые тапочки , одноразовые мыльно рыльные принадлежности, холодильник + для номера. А так все по стандарту. Но желания в данной гостинице снимать номер в следующий раз совсем нет. Администратор должен создать клиентам первое впечатление о гостинице и обслуживании , а не умирать , и смотреть на тебя как на беженца.

Люди у вас хорошие, а гостинице далеко до хорошей. Гостиница из старых советских времён, так и не смогла эта гостиница поменяться вместе со временем. Чувствуется, что нужны вложения.
