East Prussia

The East Prussia Guest House is located in a quiet, picturesque place in the former Prussian town of Insterburg (now Chernyakhovsk) and is decorated in the style of the inhabitants of the German province who once lived here. The local ruins of ancient castles, reminiscent of the rich and original architecture, allow you to look behind the scenes of everyday life and penetrate into the mysterious corners of Prussian history. And ancient groves and dense forests reveal a mystical edge, immersing guests in the medieval past. The interior of the guest house is furnished with furniture from the XVIII-XIX centuries, and filled with paintings, prints and photographs that will introduce guests to the architecture, nature and beauty of the former East Prussia. The guest house has seven rooms, three double rooms and four single rooms. Each of the rooms is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, an armchair, bedside tables, a TV, a clothes rack, a bathroom with a shower. If necessary, guests can order an extra bed (Euro-cot). There is a fireplace room and a shared kitchen with necessary equipment and utensils. There is a small open-air museum in the courtyard. Here you can see ancient objects that were used in the household by the inhabitants of the Prussian land. Lovingly made of paving stones, the paths resemble the cobblestone pavement in East Prussian cities. If necessary, a shuttle service from and to the airport is offered, as well as a tour service by professional guides.
