BedAndRest - on Vasilenko St., 5/4

A bright studio in a new house on Vasilenko Street is a place where it is pleasant to relax after a trip, a day at work or important business. The apartment has plenty of free space and natural light. The calm shades of the interior, a comfortable seating area and a fully equipped kitchen create a homely atmosphere without the feeling of temporary housing. Here you can cook breakfast, work quietly, watch a movie or just recuperate. One of the main advantages of the location is the proximity to the Amur Regional Clinical Hospital and the Regional Perinatal Center. The apartment is especially convenient for guests coming for examination, treatment or to visit their loved ones. There are shops, pharmacies, cafes, pick-up points and public transport stops in the area. The apartment has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and everything you need for everyday living. Professional cleaning is carried out before each check-in, and bed linen is prepared in BedAndRest's own laundry room. We provide accounting documents for business travelers, and cashless payment is possible. The apartment is designed for a relaxing stay. Parties and noisy events are prohibited. Before checking in, you must fill out an online contract and make a deposit via a secure link. We use a trusted service with secure data transfer, so completing the contract is safe. The deposit is made through a bank holding company: the money is not debited, but only temporarily reserved for the period of stay.
