Smart Hotel Chita

Smart Hotel KDO is a hotel in Chita, located on the 1st floor of the Chita-2 railway station building. The bright rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers 8 bright rooms of the following categories: "Economy 2-seater", "Economy 2-seater Family", "Economy 3-seater" and "Economy 4-seater". Uninterrupted WI-FI, clean bed linen, and fresh towels are always at guests' disposal. The hotel room is provided to the Guest upon presentation of the original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a passport of a foreign citizen with a valid migration card/ visa, as well as filling out and signing the Guest's registration card. Citizens of foreign countries should first check the possibility of accommodation with the hotel staff. Children will need an original birth certificate before the age of 14. The hotel administration reserves the right to determine the possibility of a pet staying in a hotel room, as well as to refuse accommodation without explanation, including by prior reservation. It is forbidden to stay in the hotel with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health. Pets are allowed in the presence of veterinary documents of the established standard (a veterinary passport or a certificate from a veterinarian) with a note on all vaccinations. Special rooms of certain categories are provided for guests with pets, and multi-bed rooms are not provided. For accommodation with an animal, an additional payment of 1000 rubles is charged to the tariff. At no extra charge, it is allowed to stay with guide dogs that serve the needs of people with disabilities. When checking into a Hotel with pets, the Owner must familiarize himself with the "Rules of accommodation for guests with pets" and put his signature on the guest's Registration Card confirming agreement with these rules. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract with a guest staying with pets, without refund of the booking price in case of violation of the Rules of accommodation for guests with pets.
