What do we offer? o Comfortable cabins: The spacious and cozy rooms are equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances for a comfortable stay. Active recreation: Boat and bicycle rentals will allow you to enjoy walking on the water and explore the surroundings. o Entertainment activities: Spend the evening playing darts or billiards, compete with friends and family. o Peace and relaxation: Take a walk through the beautiful places around the base, enjoying nature and fresh air. o Sauna: Relax and recover after a busy day in our sauna (service is paid). We also ask you to familiarize yourself with the following provisions: - Extra bed — folding bed, — available on request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from 01.04 to 30.09 and from 29.12 to 08.01 the surcharge is 1500.00 RUB per day, on other dates an extra bed is provided free of charge. - Guaranteed early check-in is possible, the cost is 100% of the payment for the previous day. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability of rooms. - Late check-out before 17:00 is charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of a night's stay. Late check-out after 17:00 is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of a night's stay. - When checking in with pets, a deposit of 5000 RUB is charged, which is refundable if nothing is damaged in the room. Up to 5kg - 500 RUB/s; up to 10kg - 1000 RUB/s. - Bathhouse rental is provided at special prices: 2000 rubles per hour (booking from two hours), extension of 1,000 rubles. - Business travelers are provided with accounting documents. - Check-in is carried out before 00:00, after the specified time, check-in is possible only by prepayment in the amount of the first night. - When booking 3 or more rooms, an advance payment of one night is provided, and the conditions for free cancellation may vary. - For bookings from 7 days inclusive, a prepayment of one night is provided.
