Какая-то странная и неприятная ситуация, первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь:
За сутки списался с этой гостиницей, озвучил что в командировку еду, поздний въезд, оплата картой, нужны отчётные документы. Ответили что карту принимают, документы предоставят и поздним приездом примят. По факту при приезду озвучили что администратора сейчас нет, оплата только наличными, а отчётные документы только на следующий день с 9 утра, а мне уезжать в 6 утра. И оплата за минимальный номер на одного и в декабре за просто переночевать 3000 р. До этого снимал в другом отеле при позднем въезде ещё осенью и цена была 1500 р. и документы давали, но там сейчас ремонт.

Добрый день ! Очень странно , что у Алой розы всего 2 звезды , смело можно поставить 5! Очень уютный,чистый миниотель. Мебель новая, вкуснейшие завтраки и обеды , дружелюбные и гостеприимные хозяева . Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать Каринэ , она умница . Отель однозначно рекомендую к посещению !

Всём привет!!! Вот и подошёл к концу наш отпуск. И мы его провели в прекрасном отеле. Так как всем желаю приятного отдыха, то напишу отзыв. Расположен отель очень удобно, до моря 5 минут; до остановок для поездки на экскурсии 2 минуты. Рядом "Пятерочка" и множество заведений для отдыха (рекомендую кафе Dvorik) . Всё, что пожелает душа ваша в шаговой доступности! В отеле прекрасный ремонт. Персонал не видно и не слышно. Чистота идеальная. Наш номер "нет слов" балкон, ванная комната, кондиционер, сейф, телевизор, ортопедические матрасы и подушки, множество полотенец, которые меняю через день!!! Холодильник и мебель, мыло и шампуни, тапочки. В отеле бесплатный Wi-Fi. В отеле есть бассейн с шезлонгами. Особое внимание хочу уделить кафе в отеле. Больше напоминает ресторан. Блюда просто "язык проглотишь" (солянка и харчо отпад для меня). А какая подача!!! Приходишь с пляжа и сразу покушать вкусно! А не стоять в очередях на жаре. Одним словом уезжаем на другой конец нашей Великой страны с огромным уважением и благодарностью отелю Алая роза и его очаровательной хозяйке Каринэ. Ждите в гости в следующем году. Hotel "scarlet rose" - a new private hotel, situated in a picturesque corner of the resort city of Sochi. "Scarlet rose" is located in the centre of Dagomys near the tourist base "the Dawn" 500m from the beach. 10m from hotel there is: billiard room, beauty salons, shops, cafes, bars, market,ATMs. The four-storey building has rooms of different categories, ranging from 20 to 70 sq. m. And for those who appreciate comfort and convenience we offer apartments with total area of 130sq.m.
