We are located in a picturesque corner of the Moscow region (Chekhov district), just 55 km from the MKAD — near the village of Sharapovo and the village of Masnovo‑Zhukovo. It is easy to get to us via Kaluzhsky, Varshavsky or Simferopol highways.: the journey from Moscow will take about an hour and a half. What we offer In the "Place of Biting" you can rent cozy guest houses — a great option for relaxing with family, friends or even with a pet.: We welcome guests with dogs weighing up to 10 kg! Conditions of accommodation with pets: The dog's accommodation is paid additionally — 500 rubles / day. It is mandatory to have a leash and muzzle when staying outside the cabin. Pet walking is allowed only in a specially designated area. The owner is obliged to monitor the behavior and hygiene of the animal, to clean up after it on the territory of the farm. It is forbidden to leave a dog unattended in the house for a long time. Prices for accommodation (2026): Houses No. 3 and No. 4 — from 4,000 rubles/day (can accommodate up to 2 people); Houses No. 1 and No. 2 — from 5,000 rubles/day (up to 3 people, with the possibility to add a place for 1,000 rubles); House No. 5 — from 6,000 rubles/day (up to 5 people, extra bed — 1,000 rubles); House No. 6 — from 9,000 rubles/day (designed for 6 people). Guest house facilities Each house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: double bed with clean linens; kitchen set with stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and all necessary utensils; table and chairs; Smart TV; Wi‑Fi; fully equipped bathroom (shower, toilet, hair dryer); barbecue next to the house; a veranda or gazebo with a barbecue area.
