A cozy house in the ancient city of Derbent, located on the shores of the gray Caspian Sea. The house is fully equipped with household appliances and all necessary equipment. There is an autonomous power supply (generator). Heating allows you to live comfortably in any weather and season. 10 beds: -2 large double beds -4 single beds -1 sofa bed with 2 beds. An automatic central ventilation system is provided, as well as 5 air conditioners. The house has 2 bathrooms. A spacious kitchen-living room, occupying almost the entire 1st floor. Private courtyard with Parking space for a car, barbecue area, a huge table in the courtyard. Everything in the house was carefully selected for maximum comfort during your stay in our house. Early check-in and late check-out are for an additional fee and only by prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Noisy and drunken parties are prohibited. It is forbidden to make noise after 23:00. Please hand over the house in the same condition and order as you received (dishes, barbecue area, wash after yourself, do not leave (take out) garbage.
