Balance House

Modern cottages Balance House are located in the Priozersky district, the village of Ivanovo KP Sosnovskiye Gorki. A forest ECO-trail opens from the site, which will lead guests directly to the Igor ski resort, where you can go skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, cheesecakes. In the nearest village of Sosnovo, 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, there are all the necessary shops, pharmacies. There are 2 twin cottages on the territory, which the designer made in different colors. Each cottage is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay for guests of 6 people: 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a large terrace. In each bedroom: 160-200 bed, orthopedic mattresses, satin bed linen, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps. In the living room: a folding sofa with orthopedic base, an oak dining table, a TV, chairs. There is underfloor heating throughout the house (smart home). There is a spray coating on the panoramic windows, thanks to which it is not visible what is happening in the house. There are 2 cottages on the territory, which gives you the opportunity to retire only with your company. This eco-project is aimed at solitude with nature in order to be filled with natural energy, take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and return with renewed vigor. Here they took care of privacy and when planning the territory, they arranged the houses so that the guests did not interfere with each other. At the guests' disposal: high-speed Wi-Fi. Terraces at the house: outdoor garden furniture, barbecue area with a roof. Parking for cars. Groceries are delivered to the cottages from the shops.
