The country house (cottage) is located 8 km from the MKAD. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds 160cm wide, a sofa, a folding armchair. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a large, sliding dining table for 8 people (can be enlarged), a sofa, an LCD TV, a kitchen (with a hob, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher) and all necessary utensils. A set of bed linen and towels is provided. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a toilet. There are 6 main beds. Each additional bed is 1,500 rubles/1 person, the maximum number of beds is 10. Water from an artesian well 35 meters deep, the heating of the house is electric, water. The bay windows have a wonderful view of the "Fishing Estate Island". The plot is sloping, terracing is done, there is a spacious gazebo (covered with PVC Windows), a barbecue area, Parking for 4 cars. A cauldron and a smokehouse are available for rent. You can go fishing or buy fresh fish at the fishing estate. There is a tubing track, an ice rink, and Haskiland 50 meters from the house. 200 meters from the guest house is a holy spring with a large, deep, year-round font. Also 200 meters from the house "Bannaya Manor".
