Violation of these rules may lead to the immediate eviction of all residents from the apartment without refund of payment and security deposit. The security deposit will not be refunded in the following cases: - there are still signs of smoking in the apartment, - left trash and/or dirty dishes, - damage to property and/ or disorder in the apartment, unwashed stains on bed linen or other property are detected, - additional sets of bed linen or towels are used.
