The two-storey house is a 15-minute drive from the city center. Suitable for up to 6 guests. On the ground floor there is a studio with an area of 42 sq. m, a shower room, a toilet. There is a sofa, a bar table and 6 chairs, as well as a TV. On the second floor there is a spacious second-light balcony of 16 sq. m, two bedrooms of 10 sq. m, a bathroom. Double beds are provided for the accommodation of guests, there are two TVs. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, there is a refrigerator, an induction cooker with two burners, a microwave oven, an oven. Cooking utensils and kitchen utensils for 6 people (plates, knives, forks, glasses, glasses) are provided. The first floor is made of stone, the second one is made of frame technology, there is underfloor heating on the first floor, radiator heating on the second. There is a barbecue area.
