Otherwise, cleaning will be deducted from the refundable deposit. Important information: - The house is not rented to noisy companies. - Rental is available for young people from 24 years old. - Damage to property is paid in full. - Violation of the rules of accommodation leads to eviction and termination of the lease agreement without refund. - Check-in at 15:00, check-out at 12:00. - Security deposit — 5000 rub. - A passport is required to conclude a contract.
