Nearby are: Kurochka Ryaba – a peasant manor, a mini farm where you can see and feed pets and birds, as well as visit a real Russian hut, Okhta Park and the Northern Slope - ski resorts located 20-30 minutes away, Zubrovnik – an entertainment center, a zoo where you can see bison and other animals, rope Park, Emerald Lake – a park where there are skates, skis, ATVs/motorcycles, quests and much more, Ecological routes - natural places surrounded by forests and lakes where you can walk both winter and summer: Health Trail, Spruce Hills, Raspberry Mountain, Lutheran Church – guided tour and organ music, Equestrian Derby Club – horse riding classes, horseback riding, photo shoots. Cafes and grocery stores Magnit and Pyaterochka are a 5-minute drive away. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: 2 double beds, a sofa for 2 people, a TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, hygiene products, an equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, dishes for cooking and serving, a bathroom, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board. The house is surrounded by a blind fence around the perimeter (completed in the summer of 2025). There are comfortable wooden chairs and a campfire bowl for evening relaxation and solitude with nature.☺️ In the courtyard there is a large barbecue and a wood-burning sauna (sauna is not included in the price, it is paid separately 5000 rubles/day).
