Villa Iva

Villa Iva is a space for relaxation, socializing and exciting events. Not about privacy, but about the atmosphere together: with friends, family or colleagues. Here you can spend a weekend in nature in comfort, celebrate a holiday, arrange a corporate party or just escape from the city with the whole company. Modern houses, common areas for meetings and entertainment, a sauna complex, a campfire area, gazebos, sports and water activities — everything is created for relaxation with loved ones. The country club is 170 km from Moscow and 250 km from Smolensk. The houses are only 50 meters from the Yauza River. Villa Iva stands for Scandinavian style and comfort. Carefully thought-out design of the houses and the main building with rooms. Each cabin offers panoramic views of the water and the surrounding area. There are various types of accommodation for guests: River House Mini (for 2 people), River House Maxi (for 6 people), Gallery Suite Mini (for 2-4 people), Gallery suite Maxi (for 2-6 people). Each house/room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a kitchen with necessary appliances and utensils, a dining area, a zoned sleeping area, a bathroom with a shower. Bed linen, bathrobes, slippers, towels, complimentary water, tea, coffee. There is a wide range of services on site for guests: a wood-burning sauna (brooms and a SPA kit can be purchased for steaming), an open-air vat (for complete relaxation, you can add filling), an outdoor grill area or a gazebo. The rent includes everything necessary for cooking on the grill. A campfire, boat trips (on boots, kayak, catamaran or a fun boat), an event space where you can arrange a movie evening, disco or other important event. What else can you do: swim in the pool or the river (the pool is open during the warmer months, from about May to September), sunbathe on the riverbank, go on a boat trip on a sailboat, catamaran or boat. Play table tennis, volleyball, badminton (we provide equipment for free on request). You can always take a book or board games at the reception to brighten up the evening.
