Я с группой моих коллег отдыхала в Яхонтах с 18 по 20 мая.
Все были доволны, Решили на будущий год снова приехать с большей группой снова сюда.
Но сегодня произошла ситуация, которая именила наше решение.
Мои 3 партнера остались еще на сутки.Только сняли другой домик, подешевле.
Сегодня, 21 мая, одна из них обнаружила, что забыла в шкафу куртку и спортивный костюм.
Обратились на ресепшен к ЮЛЕ, админсратору, с просьбой вернуться в домик и забрать свои вещи.
Наткнулись на хамство и безразличие. Ключи им дали только через 2 часа.
Вещей в шкафу не оказалось. Подключилась, я, их руководитель.
В комнате забытых вещей их нет. И вопрос куда делись вещи, руководство не интерисует.
Пишу для того, чтобы читающие внимательно проверяли вещи и не забывали их при выезде. В Яхонтах костюмы, куртки могут волшебным образом ходить сами по себе.
Понятно, что кроме горничной, которая убирала номер, взять их было некому.
Девушка сегодня улетает в Якутск, где еще далеко не лето - в футболке и шортах. Ее теплые вещи остались здесь, на совести тех, кто их взял, и тех, кто сегодня хамил и не выдавал ключи.
Желание приехать еще раз, пропало.

Плохое отношение к гостям от Админисраторов Елены и Юлии 21 мая. С утра до обеда не могли уточнить на счет оставленных вещей!!!! Просто сходить проверить или же найти горничную которая убиралась там! Две минуты делов! Грубо отвечают!

Природа, территтерритория, ухоженный зоопарк, прокат, питание, бассейн, анимация, развлечения в отделтном здании, шум мероприятимероприятия которых не проходит на территорию, разнообразный выбор вида проживания, от эконома до коттеджей. Всё хорощо в соотношении с текущей ценой. Спасибо руководству отеля за прекрасный отдых и лояльную ценовую политику🙏

The hotel is located near Noginsk, 50 km from Moscow on the shores of Lake Kovershi, surrounded by coniferous forest. The Local History Museum is 9 km from the hotel. The bus station and Noginsk Train Station are 9 km away. This is a great option for both a family trip and a corporate vacation.
