The cottage has a kitchen with household appliances and dishes. Bathroom with toilet, shower, underfloor heating and water heater. The purest filtered water. High-quality bed linen and towels for each guest. The houses are warm. There is always hot water. There is a barbecue area on site (free of charge for "friends"). There is a small pond for swimming. There is a remote check-in at the address. You can stop by at any time convenient for you and even at night! CHECK-IN starts at 14:00. CHECK OUT before 12:00. Before checking in, we conclude an online agreement, take a deposit of 3000 rubles, which is refunded after your departure. After that, we will send you the full address with the login code and the necessary instructions! The procedure for checking in and obtaining access codes must be completed before 23:00! Passport data will be required for the contract! The settlement of Foreign citizens is carried out only upon presentation of documents confirming their legal stay in the territory of the Russian Federation! Accommodation for up to 4 people Pets are allowed, an additional fee per animal is 1000 rubles /day, on site in cash!
