Итак, были здесь во второй раз с трехлетним ребенком (при бронировании, это указывалось) Номер категории "комфорт", стоимостью 11600!!! В номере: - грязная посуда - ужасно холодно!!! Извините, 19 градусов, это уже перебор!! - вода из крана идёт чуть теплая, мыться просто нереально (желание было, но в таком холоде и такой горячей воде, увы) - телефон не работает (пытались позвонить администратору, но опять же, увы) - позвонили с сотового, несли обогреватель 40 минут! Принесли нерабочий (вот здесь просто "вишенка на торте") в результате муж пошел к администратору, и она отдала с недовольным видом СВОЙ обогреватель со словами "мы сменили отопление и не можем его отрегулировать" Тогда возникает вопрос: зачем открывать гостиницу, если вы не можете принимать гостей?! Как многие пишут, номера внутри "повидавшие жизнь", за такую сумму и 4 заезды (я бы сказала минус 4) можно сделать сервис и получше!

Побывали тут на юбилее у друга! Очень красивая территория, ухоженная. Брали самый стандартный номер. Номер простоват, но все было чисто. Завтрак простой, но можно что-то выбрать. Про остальные приемы пищи ничего не могу сказать! Вернуться вполне захотелось!

Отдыхали в августе 2025 года. Все отлично, никакая не «умирающая» гостиница, а самая приемлемая в Дивеево! У нас конечно был номер не эконом, было чисто, уютно, постельное белье чистое, в номере чай/кофе, телевизор, чайник, маленький холодильник с морозилкой, ванные принадлежности. Кухня вкусная, все что мы ели - нам очень понравилось, включая завтрак, который писали что очень плох. Приезжали не на курорт, а именно посетить святые места- и этот отель приятно удивил не только близостью к храму, но и хорошими условиями! Благодарю 👍
